Every year, we conduct an internal survey to identify our strengths and areas for improvement. With an 80% participation rate in 2025, 88% of our employees agree that MARGO is a great place to work.

Gender equality remains a challenge in the Tech sector. In 2025, we achieved a score of 77/100 on the professional gender equality index—a solid score that we work daily to improve.

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
United Nations Global Compact
MARGO joined the UN Global Compact in 2012, committing to core values around human rights, labor standards, environmental practices, and anti-corruption.
Carbon Assessment
MARGO is committed to measuring its environmental footprint on an annual basis. Since 2026, we have been partnering with Sweep to calculate our Carbon Footprint, allowing us to obtain more precise indicators to guide our sustainability policies and set ambitious reduction targets. This assessment encompasses all of our activities across France, Poland, and the United Kingdom.
EcoVadis
MARGO’s CSR policy is assessed by EcoVadis, a recognized and independent organization. In 2026, we achieved the “BRONZE” certification thanks to the implementation of concrete measures, including BBC-certified (low-energy) premises, the selection of responsible suppliers, individualized career management, a remote work charter, and the adoption of a family-friendly policy.
Supplier Compliance Monitoring
Since 2019, MARGO has utilized E-ATTESTATIONS to monitor supplier compliance, automating data collection and alerts in case of non-compliance. This proactive approach strengthens our commitment to fighting undeclared work.
