The Practice Manager ensures daily follow-up.
They pay particular attention to the professional development and fulfillment of the consultants.
Regular meetings are organized to discuss needs, difficulties, or career aspirations.
Project Tracking
The Practice Manager, together with the consultant, chooses the project that best matches their needs, ambitions, and career plan.
During the “Project Check-In” and throughout various interactions, they ensure that the objectives are met and that the assignment progresses in line with the consultant’s skill development.
Skill Development
E-learning courses, whether technical, functional, methodological, or certification-based.
As part of the Learning Expeditions, we also offer them the opportunity to attend the most recognized Tech conferences and trade shows.
Within the Practices, the sharing of expertise, experiences, and challenges promotes a continuous dynamic of collective learning.
INDIVIDUAL INVESTMENT
Our consultants are actively involved in the life of your Practice; they participate in recruiting new talent and in its management (sharing technical updates and knowledge, feedback from experience, etc.).
They also practice managerial skills within the Practice and engage in public speaking: Meetups, Learning Lunches, conferences, coaching, and more.
